Fabulous Seine River cruise with champagne despite waiting to board in the 97 degree heat! I booked thinking it would be at night but sunset is 8:30pm this time of year.
Very fun and perfect night escape from the heat! Champagne bottle was a mini, not half bottle, but it was still great! Highly recommend getting two bottles and getting there at least 30 minutes before departing to get your drinks and tickets printed at the kiosks

We pre-ordered and paid for tickets via Viator and received e-tickets prior to the event. We got to the location and were told we had to wait on a ridiculously long line to get paper tickets and that our e-tickets wouldn’t work. We ended up not even going on the cruise. I could not recommend this experience less.

Felt like we were boarding a cattle car. The loading process was chaotic and disorganized. The sound system on the boat was terrible. We could not understand anything being said. I would NOT do this again.

Unfortunately the picture I saw of the boat when reserving and the fact that it said Night time view gave the wrong impression of how the boat ride was going to be. It was a large boat with at least 100+ people. It was scheduled for 7pm and at the time before visiting I thougt it would be dark and it was still broad day light in Paris. WE thought we were getting a more intimate setting on a smaller boat, with less people and Champaigne to drink out of a glass or cup, not out of the bottle

It was very unorganized. We did not get champagne or any beverage. We could not hear the audio even though we were right next to the speaker. Overall not what I thought the experience would be.

Don't need Viator. Can walk to the boat and get on anytime. Promised champagne or other beverage but could only get champagne. Hard to hear the descriptions.

It was not memorable - since this was champagne cruise -I thought it would be small and all adults 18+. There were way to many people and it felt like a heard of cattle being pushed on a ship. Not a good experience! Would not recommend

Waited in a horrible line for the boat, toms of people jammed into a tiny area, the Champaigne as a joke because we had to get it from a small concessions that was nearly impossible to get to because of the crowd. We were in the middle of the top deck and we couldn’t hear the narrator. The inefficiency in this tour is absurd.

The picture used as advertisement is not true because during summer you will not see the lights at least you take the last boat. You have to take the bottle of champagne before take the boat and it is not very cold.

This is an inexpensive ferry (not cruise). There are some hoops you need to jump through, like collecting paper tickets from the windows even though you get digital tickets in advance. You also pick up your mini bottles of champagne and drink from the bottle while going down the Seine with 200 people on sorta dirty plastic seats. You can’t hear the commentary, as it drones on in the background. But you still get to see Paris and go under the bridges - which is the point I suppose!

The cruise was fine but packed. The voucher specified 7, but you can redeem it for any of the sailings (which leave every half hour). This is not a champagne specific (ie adult) cruise, you just get a mini champagne bottle to drink as a part of the regular cruise.

We enjoyed the experience though we found it very difficult to hear what was being said as the sound system was very scratchy. Maybe because we were outside we could barley understand what was being told. Otherwise it was a great and the group enjoyed it.

This was a really fun tour! We decided to do this on our first evening in Paris, and it was a great way to get oriented in the city and see some of the major sights. The boat ride was just the right length, and it was nice to have a bottle of champagne to go with it. A note about finding the tour - it is conducted through Bateaux Mouches, which took us a minute to figure out and will help you when finding the meeting point! Additionally, the tour audio was a little tough to hear and would rotate through about 5-6 languages, so I lost track of it often. Still, it was nice to point out the basics of the sights around us and provide a little bit of background history. I'd say go for the ride and to have a look around - don't expect to learn too much from the audio guide.

We searched for an open time to go yet once we got there the clerk said it didn't matter its an open ticket. The ticket was for 7:00pm. Champagne was nice mini bottle and not a glass. Lots of seats. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Audio commentary was difficult to hear from the pre recording messages that echoed and were static speakers.

Very simple process, great sights, lots of seating choices, not too long, not too short. Very nice! Pick up the champagne at the snack bar before boarding the boat, that part isn't well specified. Ask for a cup. :)

Nice ride. Speakers were muffled to hear narrative. Online tickets loaded to apple wallet don’t work.Still had to stand in line to get physical ticket. Very inconvenient. Don’t offer online tickets.
